Refunds \u2013 Returns Policy<\/strong><\/p>

At Seventea, we aim to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and offer high-quality products. However, we do have certain terms and procedures in place regarding product returns. Please read the following information carefully:<\/p>

      Returnable Products<\/strong><\/p>

      1. Products with opened packaging: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products with opened packaging.<\/li>
      2. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased in bulk as we are unable to ascertain the storage conditions and it is not possible to resell these items.<\/li>
      3. Products past their use-by date: Return requests will be accepted if the products have passed their use-by date. No later than\u00a014 days<\/strong>\u00a0You must notify us within this period.<\/li>
      4. Manufacturer-related issues: If there is a manufacturer-related issue with the products, you can contact our customer support team to arrange a return within 7 days of your order\u2019s delivery date.<\/li>
      5. Damaged or opened products: Returns will only be accepted for damaged or opened products if a delivery report was drawn up at the time of delivery. This clause does not apply if you do not draw up a report stating that your parcel was burst, torn or damaged at the time of delivery.<\/li><\/ol>

        Returns Procedure<\/strong><\/p>

        1. To request a return, from the date you received the product\u00a014 days<\/strong>\u00a0You must notify us within this period.<\/li>
        2. For the returns process\u00a0info@seventeadetoks.com.tr<\/strong>\u00a0You can submit your return request by sending an email to this address. Please remember to include your order number, the reason for the return and the product details (product name and quantity) in the email.<\/li>
        3. For approved refund requests, customers will be provided with the necessary instructions for the refund process.<\/li>
        4. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Any shipping costs paid by the customer will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/li><\/ol>

          Refunds and Product Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>

          Once a refund request has been approved, the refund process is carried out after the returned items have been checked. The time taken to complete the refund may vary depending on bank processing times and the payment method used. For payments made by credit card, the refund amount is credited back to your credit card account. The refund is processed after deducting the credit card processing fee.<\/p>

          For products eligible for return under all terms and conditions, and in the case of product exchange requests, once the product to be exchanged has been received by us, the necessary arrangements for the product requested by the customer will be made the day after receipt, and the customer will be refunded the amount minus the delivery charge, or the new product will be dispatched free of charge. For orders outside Turkey, no exchanges or returns can ever be processed without deducting the relevant costs!<\/p>
